About us
Welcome to Felsenstadt German Shepherds, we are located in Frederick Maryland. Our breeding of the German Shepherd started after I graduated from West Virginia Canine College in 1994. We offer German Shepherd Puppies, Dogs and offer our male German Shepherds @ stud to approved females. All of our German Shepherd dogs are direct imports or progeny of our imports. Our German Shepherd Puppies are balanced, they are companions and guardians as well as great work dogs. We breed for correct "German Shepherd Temperament", athletically capable, driven for work, sound structure and good health. These traits epitomize the German Shepherd Dog.
There are Felsenstadt progeny titled and competing in Schutzhund/IGP at club, Regional and National levels, Protection Sports, Certified K-9 "narcotics & dual purpose", titled obedience trial competitors and of course great home companion/protectors. What we offer
Training
I offer dog training to every level of owner, from new puppy owners, to high level Competition Handlers. I have been training dogs professionally since I graduated from the West Virginia Canine College in 1994. I can help you teach your new puppy how to behave and be a solid companion or how to develop him into a competition dog. I now offer dog training to the entire Frederick MD, DC Metro area.
Puppies
Highest quality German Shepherd Puppies from top German & Belgium Bloodlines. I breed & title dogs in Schutzhund(IPO) that have OFA hips/elbows or A-stamp hip/elbow ratings. All my German / Shepherd Puppies will be socialized, traveled in the car, started in the crate for the car. I test ALL our German Shepherd Puppies before placement to ensure you get the most suitable match.
Only with Exceptional females, can you produce exceptional puppies!
There are many breeds of dogs that do things better than a German Shepherd, "BUT" there is no breed that does "everything" as good as a German Shepherd!
Schutzhund / IGP is the triathlon of the dog sport world!
